We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than 90 days.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymise such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

For JESIP, security is our top priority. We are fully dedicated to protecting all information through a robust system of organizational and technical security measures.

We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures, specifically designed to ensure the protection of any information we process. Our primary objective is to effectively safeguard all data.

While we have taken all necessary precautions and strive to secure your information to the fullest extent, we are aware that no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can provide absolute security of 100%.

We want to provide you with complete peace of mind by stating that we continuously work to strengthen the protection of the information we process and store. Our unwavering commitment is to maintain the confidentiality and integrity of your data. However, it is important for you to understand that the transmission of information to and from our services is done at your own responsibility.

Regarding the JESIP website, we only manage data related to newsletter subscriptions (Name, Email, Organisation, Job title) from individuals/organizations who have voluntarily provided their consent. Additionally, concerning the JESIP application, we do not store any user data.

You can fully trust that your privacy is of utmost importance to us, and we handle your data with the utmost care and responsibility.

8. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Services. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. 10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals has been finalised. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.
