A new JOL (Joint Organisational Learning) platform has now gone live on Resilience Direct, bringing multiple new benefits that will help responders share and implement multi-agency operational improvements across the country.

JOL Online is our single shared system that captures and shares multi-agency learning, supported by a robust governance and quality assurance process. The upgraded platform offers a much more streamlined user journey that is clearer, faster and more efficient to navigate.

JOL System & Action Notes are now all in one easy-to-see space, with improved functionality for JOL SPOCS (single points of contact) too. And you can sign up for a new regular JOL update email, sharing all new submissions and themes.

JOL Online is hosted in the ‘Learning & Development Hub’ on ResilienceDirect at an official-sensitive classification level. Access is available to all Category 1 and 2 responders as well as staff from many other responder organisations. For further information email us at jol@jesip.org.uk
