Members of our JESIP Research Working Group, led by Dr Nikki Power at Liverpool University, have recently had a new academic paper published on the effectiveness of interoperability team training. It finds that training needs to be regular, interactive, practical, social and directed towards achieving behaviour change in order to be effective.
